How Do I Get An Update On My Order?
To receive the most up to date information on your order please contact us at info@reclaimnation.co.uk. We will come back to you as soon as we possibly can. Due to exceptionally high demand, please allow us up to 5 working days to respond, although we typically will respond within 24h.
Can I Change My Delivery Address?
You certainly can, to update your delivery address please email us at info@reclaimnation.co.uk Please note once your order has been arranged for delivery, unfortunately we cannot amend your delivery address.
What Is Lowest Price Promise?
We work directly with the manufacturers to produce beautifully designed home furniture. We are designers and importers with many years of experience. We understand the cost of the materials and manage the production of our products efficiently to provide you with the best product at the best price possible.
Order Scheduled But Not Yet Ready To Receive?
Not to worry, we can hold your order for you. Please contact us at info@reclaimnation.co.uk to get this arranged. Please note, the more notice we receive in regards to holding your order the easier this will be to organise.
How Are Multiple Items Delivered?
We'll deliver all of your items at the same time when possible. On some occasions we will dispatch products from different locations and this may cause them to be delivered on different days. We would only do this with your permission. If requested, our team are happy to look into delivering your items separately.
