Trade & Project Orders
Reclaimed furniture, supplied at project scale.
Bespoke pricing and hands-on order support for interior designers, property developers, hospitality, holiday-let owners and commercial projects placing larger furniture orders.
Built for larger, considered orders
Trade & Project pricing is for businesses furnishing multiple rooms, units or sites — not single-item purchases. If you're specifying at volume, we'll quote it properly.
Interior designers
Specify reclaimed and solid wood pieces for client projects with room-of-choice delivery and clear lead times.
Property developers
Furnish show homes and multi-unit developments to a consistent spec, delivered on a schedule that fits handover dates.
Hospitality
Character furniture for pubs, restaurants and boutique venues that needs to look the part and take daily use.
Holiday lets
Kit out one property or a whole portfolio with durable, photogenic pieces that lift the listing and last.
Offices & commercial
Break-out spaces, boardrooms and communal areas furnished with warmth rather than flat-pack uniformity.
Something else?
If your project doesn't fit neatly into a box, email James anyway — most good projects don't.
The project scale
The bigger the project, the better the pricing
Indicative trade pricing by order value (ex VAT). Every project is confirmed with a written quote — the tiers below just show roughly where things land, so you can size a project before you get in touch.

How a project order works
It's quote-led, not a checkout. That means you get a price built around your actual products, quantities and delivery — no surprises at the door.

Delivery, quoted to the job

Kerbside / pallet
Delivered to the kerb or a single ground-floor point. The most cost-effective option.
Best for developers & commercial sitesRoom of choice

Placed, assembled and packaging removed. Quoted separately where the project calls for it.
Available on requestTrade order terms
Project orders are business-to-business and run on trade terms — a little different from a standard consumer purchase. The essentials are below; full terms come with your quote.
Returns
Bespoke and project orders are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.
Cancellation
Once ordered from a supplier or allocated to a container, cancellation may not be possible.
Damages
Report within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, so we can resolve it quickly.
Payment
Full payment before dispatch, or 50% deposit and 50% before delivery on very large orders.
Storage
Free storage for 14 days once goods are ready, then a weekly storage charge applies.
Natural variation
Reclaimed wood colour, grain, knots and markings vary piece to piece — that's the character.
These terms are a summary for guidance. Your written quote sets out the full, binding terms for your specific order.
